Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or local conditions.
- Standard International: 10–20 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. NxtGen Beauty Wisteria is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
